Many thanks to Kari Bellamy for sharing her best of 2015 wedding photography with us.
This year photography took me to Iceland, Romania, New York, France (twice!), Cornwall, Yorkshire, and Wales (and all the places in between). I’ve photographed 40 weddings and I’ve driven my little car for thousands of miles with my camera gear tucked away in the back.
When I was putting together these images together, I felt incredibly proud of all of the work I was able to do this year. However I wouldn’t be able to do this work without my amazing clients who have brought me along to one of the biggest celebrations in their lives and their friends and family who were so welcoming and open with me photographing them. Every wedding was an adventure, each one unique and each one a pleasure to be apart of.
It’s been a crazy ride this year, from 70 mph Icelandic snow storms, to buying my first home, exploring new cities to sitting next to a campfire under the stars with new and old friends. But when I look back on all of it, I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else for a living.
