The name says Kevin Belson Photography but we are a husband and wife team of creative wedding photographers based in Wiltshire. We shoot weddings all across the UK and destination weddings abroad. We like to call our style “Fine Art Photojournalism” There’s no plan or canned poses. We go with the flow on the day always looking for connections and expressions between you and your guests. Because there’s two of us we can be in two places at once covering both the bride and groom’s preparations as well as alternate angles on the ceremony, speeches and dancing. We’re there from start to finish to capture the excitement of the prep right through to the first dance and beyond.
Even thought there are two of us we still remain unobtrusive during the day as we want to capture the natural moments that happen without interference. As Emma says “They seemed to be invisible on our wedding day, yet somehow they managed to produce jaw dropping photographs!” I like to think that we are like street photographers constantly on the hunt for extraordinary moments.
On top of the documentary wedding photography we also love to create gorgeous, naturally directed portraits. We’ll work skilfully and quickly to bring out your personality. Our mantra is “Be in the moment” we want you to look totally natural, as if you were just there taking time out to enjoy a pause in the day; to be with each other in that point in time. We don’t want to hold up your day so we’ll fit in whenever we can with one eye on the light to ensure that you are getting the best possible wedding photography.
